As you tour the Tortilleria, you’ll be provided with a brief history in corn, tortillas and the importance of nixtamalization in Mesoamérica cultures. Come learn about the entire process of how to make artisan nixtamalized tortillas, from the dry corn to the final product. Tortilla samples will be abundant and a few jokes along the way! Tours are free with a group of 5 or more, donations accepted and purchases in small retail shop are encouraged.
